Skywards Exclusives is an online platform that allows you to spend your Skywards Miles on concert tickets, access to sporting events and more. You can also use your Miles to join the auctions for exclusive fan experiences and limited edition items.
Anyone can see what’s available on the website, but you have to log in to your Emirates Skywards account if you would like to buy or bid on an item. If you are not yet an Emirates Skywards member, you can register to join at any time.
A Buy now item is something that is available for you to purchase for a fixed number of Skywards Miles. Once you confirm your Buy now transaction, the Miles will be immediately deducted from your account and you will receive a confirmation email with details. If required, you will also be requested to provide additional information before you can receive or pick up the item. This type of listing is on a first-come, first-served basis and there are no guarantees it will be available again once sold out.
If you do not have enough Skywards Miles in your account to buy an item or to place a bid, you can Buy Miles. Please note that it could take up to 48 hours for the Miles you buy to be reflected in your account.
Yes. If you are the family head of a My Family account you can use the Miles pooled to buy or bid on an item. After you log in to the website, you will see the Miles balance in both your individual and My Family accounts. You will have the option to select which account you will be using to buy an item or place your bid.

To join an auction for any item, you need to be logged in. Once you’ve selected the listing you’re interested in, enter how many Skywards Miles you wish to bid and click the “Bid now” button. Your bid must be higher than the current highest bid by at least the stated bid increment. Once you’ve confirmed, your bid is final and cannot be withdrawn or lowered. You will be notified when you are the highest bidder and if you are outbid. Once the auction closes, if you have the highest bid, you are the winner and Miles will be automatically deducted from your account. If you are not the highest bidder when the auction closes no Miles will be deducted from your account.
The bid increment is the minimum number of Miles you need to raise the current bid by to become the highest bidder. For example, if the current highest bid is 10,000 Skywards Miles and the bid increment is 1,000, you must bid at least 11,000 Miles to continue participating in the auction.
To increase your bid, enter the number of Skywards Miles you wish to bid and click the “Bid now” button. Your new bid must be higher than the current highest bid by at least the stated bid increment. You can increase your bid at any time, but once you have confirmed, all bids are final and cannot be withdrawn or changed.

No, bids can only be placed on the website. However, you can use the maximum bid feature to have the system place your bids even while you are offline.
The maximum bid feature allows you to set a maximum number of Skywards Miles you are willing to bid on an item. The system will then automatically bid in increments to keep you in the lead until your maximum bid amount is reached. Your maximum bid is not visible to the other bidders. If another bidder outbids your maximum, you will receive an outbid notification. If you have the highest bid at the time the auction closes, you win, even if your maximum bid was not reached.
If you have been outbid we will notify you via email. You can also check your bid status at any time on the website.
Once an auction closes, if you have the highest bid you will receive an email notifying you of the win and confirming your purchase.
When you purchase a Buy now item, the Skywards Miles will be immediately deducted from your account and you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. If required, we will also request additional information needed to fulfil the item, like your guest’s name or your mailing address, etc.

The quantities for Buy now items are limited and often sell out. Joining the waitlist for sold-out items gives you the opportunity to be alerted if they become available again. Waitlist priority is based on when you added your name to the waitlist. If the item becomes available, the system will automatically send you an email. You will have a limited period of time to complete the purchase before it is offered to the next member on the waitlist.
If no bids are placed in the last 60 seconds before a scheduled closing, the auction will end at the published closing date and time. All dates and time are in Gulf Standard Time. If a bid is placed during the last 60 seconds of any auction, the scheduled closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 60 seconds from the time of the last bid. This process will repeat as many times as necessary. The auction bidding will close once all activity has stopped for a period of 60 seconds. This auto-extend functionality helps ensure a fair auction and allows everyone a chance to place a winning bid.
