• The value for redemption for single tickets is 5,000 Skywards Miles.
• Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
• On arrival at KidZania, ticket holders need to approach the counter and exchange their tickets for KidZania Emirates branded tickets and get their bracelets. This process can only be done at the counters. Bookings cannot be made online.
• Once your purchase is made, the Miles will immediately get deducted from your account.
• Tickets are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• These tickets are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Tickets are valid until 05 March 2024.
• Emaar Entertainment management accepts no liability and is fully and effectively indemnified by the voucher holder at all times against any liability which includes but is not limited to losses, cost claims, demand, actions, legal and other professional fees and expenses. Emaar Entertainment and its brands may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice.

• Electronic ticket(s) will be sent to your registered email address.
• Redeeming Miles for your chosen session automatically generates your confirmation email. A separate email will be sent to your registered email address closer to the event date with details on the event and a location map. A link will be attached to this email for you to provide your guest name(s) and details.
• If a member doesn’t receive a confirmation email, please ask them to check their junk mail or spam It tends to go there sometimes
• Tickets can't be exchanged or refunded unless event gets cancelled so please make sure you check the date and time before you make your payment
