1. Eligibility and Bidding Process

• Bidding starts from 100,000 Skywards Miles for a voucher of a Five nights for two guests at the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Vienna. (the “Voucher”).
• Bidding will close at the exact date and time stated on the listing page.
• Skywards Miles will be debited from the winner’s account on the day the bid closes.
• Members must have sufficient Miles available in their account when placing a bid.
• Members must have sufficient Miles available in their account at least 24 hours before the bid closes.
• If a Bid is placed during the last sixty seconds of any Auction, the scheduled closing time thereof will be automatically extended for an additional sixty seconds from the time of the last bid. This process will repeat as many times as necessary. The Auction bidding process will close once all activity has stopped for a period of sixty seconds.

2. Terms of Voucher Redemption

• Members are entitled to redeem Miles for only one Voucher.
• Once a member is registered for the Voucher, the Skywards Miles will be immediately deducted from their account.
• Once a member redeems Miles for their chosen Voucher, a confirmation email, including details and further information of the package, will automatically be sent to their registered email address.
• Upon receiving the above confirmation email, Members are required to reach out to Skywards Exclusives team via the email skywardseventsregistration@emirates.com six weeks prior to redeem their Voucher.
• Vouchers are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Booking Requirements and Experience Conditions

• Member must email their preferred travel dates to skywardseventsregistration@emirates.com with a minimum notice period of six (6) weeks prior to the selected travel date to ensure availability and facilitate all necessary arrangements.
• Member may select one preferred private behind-the-scenes tour at a historic Viennese atelier; selection is subject to availability and dependent on the chosen travel period.
• If a member elects to skip any itinerary component included in the package, no alternative experiences, substitutions, or compensation will be provided in place of the skipped activity.
• All experiences included in this package are available exclusively to Skywards members and guests aged eighteen (18) years or older. Valid proof of age may be requested at the venue.

4. Voucher Details and Limitations

• The Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Miles redeemed will be non-refundable.
• International flights, visa requirements, and any other incidental expenses to attend the Austria Experience are NOT included in this Voucher.
• These Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable, except under the conditions stated in the following point.

5. Transferability and Usage of the Package

• When a Voucher is purchased, it can be used either by the Member or a chosen companion(s) only and cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes. Vouchers are not to be sold or given away under any circumstances. For transferring the Voucher as a gift, contact skywardseventsregistration@emirates.com with the recipient's details.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.
• All experiences are subject to availability and dependent on the winner’s selected travel dates in Vienna.
• In the event that any experience or service is unavailable during the selected travel period, the guest will be notified accordingly. Where feasible, member will be offered a reasonable alternative. If no alternative is available, the guest may elect to amend the travel dates or forfeit the affected experience, with no further obligation or liability. 
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
