1. Bidding Process and Eligibility

• Bidding starts from 50,000 Skywards Miles for the signed collector’s aircraft item.
• Bidding will close at the exact date and time stated on the listing page.
• Members may bid on one collector’s item only.
• If a member places multiple bids within the same category, only the first valid bid will be considered. Any subsequent bids in the same category will be void.
• Members must have sufficient Miles available in their account when placing a bid.
• Members must have sufficient Miles available in their account at least 24 hours before the bid closes.
• If a Bid is placed during the last sixty seconds of any Auction, the scheduled closing time thereof will be automatically extended for an additional sixty seconds from the time of the last bid. This process will repeat as many times as necessary. The Auction bidding process will close once all activity has stopped for a period of sixty seconds.

2. Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions

• Your use of the signed collector’s aircraft item (“Item”) is subject to the applicable Emirates Skywards Programme Rules and auction terms stated on the listing page.

3. Item Usage and Transferability

• When an Item is redeemed, it can be used either by yourself or gifted to a chosen companion only and cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
• If you would like to transfer the Item to someone else as a gift, kindly send an email to skywardseventsregistration@emirates.com, providing the relevant details of the intended recipient.

4. Item Refund and Exchange Policy

• The Item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Miles redeemed will be non-refundable at any point.

5. Eligibility and Availability of Items

• Items may be subject to eligibility criteria being met by the Member. Please log into the website in order to view the full list of Items available to you.
• Items are subject to availability.

6. Item Holder Responsibilities

• The Item includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the listing.

7. Online Participation and Redemption

• Members can only participate and redeem online at exclusives.skywards.com.
• Participation in this auction is limited to Emirates Skywards members residing in the UAE only.
• Subject to Item availability, Emirates Skywards Members who redeem their Miles will receive confirmation for the Item.
• All members who redeem their Skywards Miles will be contacted by Emirates via email and provided with Item collection/delivery details (only within the UAE).
• Details regarding the collection location and timing will be shared post-auction. Emirates may deliver the item only within the UAE.

8. Item Validity

• Emirates cannot be held liable for any withdrawal or amendment to the Item listing. Therefore, Miles redeemed will not be refunded in this situation.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

• Emirates shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where such failure is caused by events outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Item holder as a result of redeeming the Item. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.

10. Governing Rules and Jurisdiction

• Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
